Terms governing your use of pareasy

pareasy is the platform offered by ConnectEasy Technology Limited (registered at DIFC Innovation Hub), providing an AI-powered mobile-first solution for simplifying school-life and family event management.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of pareasy. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a pareasy account and accept these Terms. Child App Access (where enabled) is available only under an adult account holder and cannot be registered independently.

2. accounts

• Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Shared access for co‑parents/caregivers should be granted only to trusted individuals.

2a. child app access

Child App Access can only be enabled by an adult account holder (parent/guardian). By enabling Child App Access, you confirm you are the child’s parent or legal guardian (or have permission to act on their behalf) and you are responsible for the child’s use of pareasy, including any permissions you grant.

• Child access cannot be created independently by a child.
• Permissions are set and controlled by the adult account holder and may be changed at any time.
• If Child App Access is turned off, the child will be signed out and will no longer be able to access the app.

3. license

We grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the app for personal, non‑commercial purposes.

4. subscriptions & payment

• pareasy offers a paid subscription (monthly or annual) and may provide a free trial. We may capture payment details upfront; billing begins after the trial unless cancelled.
• Subscriptions may be purchased through app stores or via an authorized third‑party payment processor. We do not store raw card data.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4a. use on apple devices (eula compliance)

For users accessing pareasy through the Apple App Store on iOS devices, the following additional terms apply:

• Your use of pareasy on any Apple-branded device is also governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
• In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA shall prevail for your use of the app on iOS devices.
• pareasy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on your Apple-branded product in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA.

5. prohibited uses

No unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities; do not misuse automation or reverse engineer the service.

6. intellectual property

All app content, trademarks, and features are the property of ConnectEasy Technology Limited or its licensors.

7. termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service.

8. governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by UAE law; disputes fall under appropriate UAE/DIFC jurisdiction.
