Subscriptions, cancellations & refunds

pareasy is the platform offered by ConnectEasy Technology Limited (registered at DIFC Innovation Hub), providing an AI-powered mobile-first solution for simplifying school-life and family event management.

1. free trial

New users may receive a 14‑day free trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial to avoid charges.

2. cancellation

  • Subscriptions may be purchased through either (a) app stores (in‑app purchase) or (b) an authorized third‑party payment processor (direct recurring payment).
  • App store purchases: Manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. We cannot cancel store subscriptions on your behalf.
  • Direct card payments: You may cancel within the app’s Manage Subscription section or by emailing support@pareasy.io.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date.

3. refunds

  • App store purchases: Refunds are handled under Apple/Google policies and must be requested through your app store account.
  • Direct card payments: If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@pareasy.io within 14 days of the charge for review. Partial‑period refunds are generally not provided.

4. payment collection

Depending on your jurisdiction and platform, payments may be collected through app stores or by an authorized third‑party payment processor on our behalf. Prices may vary by region due to taxes, currency, and platform fees.
