pareasy is the platform offered by ConnectEasy Technology Limited (registered at DIFC Innovation Hub), providing an AI-powered mobile-first solution for simplifying school-life and family event management.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and related services in the United Arab Emirates, in line with DIFC/UAE privacy principles.

- Personal information: Parent/guardian name, email address, mobile number, child’s name(s), child’s school and class, and unique user/device identifiers.
- Usage data: Feature interactions, session/device metadata, app version, diagnostics.
- User uploads: Screenshots, PDFs, or messages you provide so we can extract and organize events.
- Calendar & sync metadata: Only the metadata necessary to sync events with external calendars.
- Activities & payments: Details you provide about extracurricular providers and activity payments (processed by app stores or authorized third-party payment processors; we do not store raw card data).
- Sharing & referrals: Contact details used to invite family members/caregivers and to participate in referral programs.

- Enable collaboration between parents, co‑parents, caregivers, and family members.

We do not sell personal data. We share only with:
- Authorized processors (cloud hosting, analytics, payments) under strict contracts and confidentiality.
